Quality is core to all that we do and we now have a new opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team to build on our success, and act as Quality champion across both of our sites in the UK. As part of the leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and operational efficiency, continually seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction.
Key result areas include the maintenance of existing quality accreditations and regulations, such as; ISO 17025 as well as developing FDA compliance to cGMP. You will also take the lead in coaching and training employees in these requirements, fostering an empowered and high-performance department.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a scientific or Materials Science degree or equivalent, together with proven relevant experience in the operation of quality systems, including audits and regulatory disciplines.
- Have extensive experience of working in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Chemistry or related industry, ideally with a mix of development and manufacturing / QA operations.
- Possess highly developed communications skills, experience in managing change and is adept in driving all necessary actions to realise growth in line with company objectives.
