His industry experience includes polymeric products for industrial, automotive and aerospace markets, merchandising products and packaging for consumer goods and retail markets and polymeric materials and products for construction markets.
Prior to Smithers, Duane held engagement leader roles in top tier strategy consulting firms and leadership positions in marketing, product development, corporate strategy in manufacturing companies.
Duane possess a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
