The role

We are currently seeking an experienced scientist to join our chromatography and mass spectrometry team.  The role is primarily in the field of extractables and leachables testing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing an effective analytical testing service to external and internal customers by the application of expertise and problem solving skills
  • Developing and maintaining our chromatography service offering
  • Leading our chromatography service.

The person

The ideal candidate will:

Have considerable experience of Chromatography. Working knowledge of high resolution accurate mass techniques and experience of structural elucidation would be highly advantageous.
Be proficient in the interpretation of qualitative LC-MS data.
Be proficient in chromatographic method development and trouble shooting.

Have the ability and skills to coach and mentor other members of staff.

Have a working understanding of quality systems such as ISO17025 and cGMP.
