In addition to leading a global team of auditors, Jeanette is a lead auditor for IATF16949 and ISO9001:2015 and an aerospace auditor. She is a writing committee member for:
  • 9101 Quality Management Systems—Audit Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations
  • 9104/3 Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Auditor Training, Development, Competence, and Authentication.
 
Jeanette has over twenty-five years of experience in certification and accreditation. She has completed over 1,000 audits throughout her career. She is the sitting president of the Independent Association of Accredited Registrars. She previously served as board chair of the International Automotive Certification Body Association. She was also a key contributor to the first release of ISO 9001 / SN 9001: Quality Management System Requirements for Snow and Ice Management Services.
 
Jeanette has a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a focus on communications and sociology from Cleveland State University. She received a Women of Note award from Crain’s Cleveland Business in 2013.
 
Jeanette and her husband live in Bratenahl, Ohio, and operate a golf course in Vermilion, Ohio. They have four children and four grandchildren.
