Smithers extends capability to include Design and Product Validation Testing for Resistance to Zinc Chloride

Smithers experts undertake Zinc Chloride Testing for automotive hoses to a range of international and OEM standards.

In support of the testing required for hose assemblies directly on product, Smithers Materials Science and Engineering Division has extended its capability for testing the materials used for the fuel system construction to include the Zinc Chloride Test. This is complete with Cold Temperature Impact, Leak and Burst Pressure Testing.

Smithers experts are able to test to a range of relevant international standards including SAE J2260 and ESDG93-8C012-AA and can develop custom test methods based on our client's requirements
